Welcome to Circle’s Track & Trace facility where the status of your jobs can be monitored in real time by using this web facility. First time users will be required to register their Company to obtain a password.
For security reasons, application for Track & Trace registration must be made by faxing your request to Connexius on +44161 9022059. Please also ensure that it is marked for the attention of the ‘Connexius Admin Dept’. This request must be made on your company headed paper and must be signed by a director or appropriate manager and dated.
Please include in your application, your Circle Express account number (found on your invoice), and the password you wish to use. Any request to have a password amended (i.e. due to an employee leaving) must be made in the same way by a faxed application on company headed paper.
